Musar Jeune Ros wines were first produced from low yielding Bekaa Valley and Byblos vines in 2006. Made from the fruit of younger vineyards at around 1,000 metres above sea level, these wines are bursting with fruit, unfettered by oak and made to the Hochar familys unwavering philosophy of natural wine-making.Meant for consumption in its youth- within a few years of release.

The 2022 vintage is a blend of80% Cinsault from young vines in Byblos planted in 2018 and 20% Mourvdre from 10-year-old vines in the Bekaa Valley.The Cinsault and Mourvdre underwent direct pressing with a mixture of bleeding and were fermented in stainless steel vats with a temperature range between 18C and 21C. After the malolactic fermentation was complete, the wines were left to rest for 3 months, then bottled during March 2023.
