Whole-bunch Gamay grown in Beaujolais macerated in direct-press Chardonnay juice harvested from Bugey. The infusion lasted for around two and a half months before a 9 month levage in cuve. Effortlessly balanced, this wine is the embodiment of freshness with a silky texture, lightly structured acidity, and plenty of lifted red fruit.
