The Story:

The 2022 Season has brought about some extraordinary challenges, and extra-ordinary joys for our family. Our lineup has officially grown as Proprietors Bobby Gidda and wife, Harpreet, as well as Christina Tumber and her husband each welcomed beautiful and healthy baby girls into our family. These beautiful little ‘Bubs’ are the inspiration for our new Bubbly Ros. This extremely limited release was created tocelebratethem.

Perfect Pairing:

This dry bubbly is enjoyable with or without food, and best paired with good company alongside life’s everyday moments that make it magical. For something special, serve with oysters and a red wine mignonette.

Additional Information:

Light skin contact and 100% Stainless Steel fermentation. Best served chilled 6-8 degrees Celcius.
