Description:

On the nose and palate expect to find wafting aromas and flavours reminiscent of bumbleberry pie and frozen yogurt. Think strawberries, rhubarb, raspberries, cream and flaky pastry crust. Bright acidity makes this dry Ros exceptionally food friendly.

The Story:

In 1978, Sarwan Gidda and family planted our first grapes in West Kelowna. Each wine in this single vineyard, cellar worthy line-up has been picked from the highest quality single block of fruit at each of our proprietors’ homestead sites. The wines were then guided with care in the cellar by Winemaker Daniel Bontorin to showcase the unique terroir that they, like us, have been raised on.

Perfect Pairing:

Pairs well with birthdays, thanksgiving, Easter… Sunday dinner with your in-laws or reunions with old friends. Try it with a watermelon and feta salad, baked brie, grilled shrimp, blackened salmon, glazed ham or turkey burgers with guacamole.
