“The 2016 Chablis 1er Cru La Forest is superb, wafting from the glass with aromas of Meyer lemon, iodine and wet stones. On the palate, it’s medium to full-bodied, deep and pure, with satiny textural gloss, excellent concentration and a beautifully delineated finish.
