“Chateau de Puligny-Montrachet is actually based on the outskirts of Meursault and the wines made by the de Montille family. The biodynamic tenets applied at their own domaine wines are in situ here, with a prudent use of new oak. The range is smaller than in the past since they have relinquished some parcels, including the virtually non-existent postage stamp of Montrachet that I only ever tasted once.
