“Tasted single blind against its peers. There is a lot of sulphur on the nose, which makes it difficult to assess, although with more decanting it offers light honey and pineapple aromas. The palate is well-balanced and tensile. There is vibrant acidity and attractive notes of lemon curd, white peach and apricot towards the finish.
