A dry and delicate perry made from pears grown in the Burrow Hill Somerset orchards. This gold-coloured perry is on the honeyed end of the perry spectrum, but it?s light, fresh honey and not super complex but that?s not the point ? it?s a lovely and fresh and enticing perry. It takes real skill and craft to harness this fabulous perry. For hundreds of years cider has been made at Burrow Hill. Every year the harvest starts when the first of their 40 varieties of apples start to fall. The art and the craft of cider making is blending these apples. 6.3% ABV.
