The Sulcis area, in the extreme south-west of Sardinia is almost entirely surrounded by the sea and constantly ex-posed to salty breezes that characterize the climate and the wines that come from there.

Made from 100% Carignano, Buio is a dense, bright ruby red.Ample, sophisticated nose with hints of ripe red berries, mediterranean herbs and hot spices.Rich but youthful with iodine, fleshy fruit and balsamic notes. This pairs well with Intensely flavoured pasta and rice dishes, chargrilled tuna and red meats, game birds, pecorino sardo cheese.
