Ceres by Haut Bages Liberal is a distinctive, no added sulphur cuve made from 100% Merlot grown in a 8 hectare vineyard interplanted with trees. Vinified entirely in cement, the 2022 vintage bursts with juicy, exuberant character, offering layers of dark cherry, plum, licorice, menthol, and sage.
