One of Tuscanys most prestigious Vin Santo wines, made from predominantly Trebbiano wit ha little San Colombano. Aged for at least 5-6 years in small chestnut and cherry wood barrels, it develops an intense amber color and complex aromas of dried apricots, caramel, honey, nuts, and spice.
