Benoit Lahaye is commited to biodynamic viticulture and minimal intervention winemaking. Violaine is a distinctive blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay sourced from Bouzy. No sulphur is added during fermentation, with the aim being to capture the purest expression of the terroir. The wine is aged in oak barrels for ten months and is bottled without filtration or dosage.
