Made at the famous Chateau Canon in Saint Emilion, known for their superbly elegant wines. Croix Canon is their second wine, made from younger vines at the property. Medium-bodied, now showing some maturity with the fruit developing more complex flavours, savoury & dried notes. Elegant with structured but ripe velvety tannins, and a long chocolatey finish. Aged for 18 months in French oak (of which 10% new barrels).
