Deliciously cellared and ready to be enjoyed. This medium bodied wine offers up abundant flavours of red and black cherries, raspberry jam, roasted peppers, florals and minerality. Bright acidity compliments the supple tannins making this a very food friendly wine.
Easy to drink and exceptionally food friendly, this wine is ideal for Make your own Pizza night. Bright and juicy, it is also exceptional with lean gamey meats like venison, rack of lamb and duck breast. A backyard bbq staple, this wine is excellent with bbq chicken, grilled beef, and pastas with rich tomato sauces.
Serve at 16 – 18C and best consumed by 2028. Barrel-aged for 13 months in 40% new French oak and grown during a fantastic, well-balanced season.
