On the palate, expect this wine to offer up lush flavours of black cherries, black plums, baking spices, and a touch of cigar and leather on the finish. Well-rounded and easy to sip, this wine has exceptionally balanced acidity, with fine and integrated tannins.

Beautiful with or without food, this wine will be a favourite at your next steak BBQ! This bottle also works beautifully with rich tomato-based dishes like Bolognese sauce or eggplant Parmesan. For a real treat, try it with a classic pepper-crusted steak with blue cheese butter, sauted mushrooms, and grilled asparagus.

Additional Information:

A balanced blend, this wine features 51.4% Pinot Noir, 14.3% Foch, and 7.4% Gamay Noir from our West Kelowna estate vineyards. The blend was then rounded off with 21.4% Merlot and 5.5% Cabernet Franc from our dedicated growers in Osoyoos. Serve at 16-18C
