Loki from Paddock Wood Brewing, Saskatoon, is a Double IPA with an ABV = 8.7%. Loki pours an orangey amber with a slight reddish hue and is fairly hazy. Quite a hoppy beer with a bit of sweet caramel, hint of grapefruit, and a jam packed amount of bitterness that hits the tongue, plus a smidge of lemon in the aftertaste – overall a solid DIPA.
