About ‘G & M’ by Patrick Bouju & Justine Loiseau of La Bheme

G&M is a blended orange wine created by Patrick Bouju and Justine Loiseau, different every vintage. The 2022 is made with Gewurztraminer from Alsace, Muscat d’Alexandrie from Canet en Roussillon, Chardonnay from Auvergne, and Ugni Blanc from Pinet. Macerated separately on the skins and vinified in stainless steel tanks and amphora, with zero additives or sulfites.

The nose is deliciously exotic, with bold mango and lychee notes. A beautiful, lively acidity brings freshness and makes it perfectly food-friendly. Perfect when decanted and paired with a cheese board or a rich, spicy Asian dish.
