Made from their own Gamay d’Auvergne grapes, from an 80-year-old vineyard in Corent on basalt soils. Farmed biodynamically with traditional horse-drawn work. Whole cluster maceration, vinified with zero additives, and aged for one year in amphora and tank.
This is a red where Auvergne’s volcanic soils come through in full forcegorgeous minerality balanced by dark berry fruit and elegant spice. A truly excellent natural wine.
