About ‘Pink & White’ by Stephan Buchmayer:

The St. Laurent and Grner Veltliner grapes of this cuve grow together in the same vineyard and are harvested by hand. Each variety brings its own character, offering two perspectives of the region in a really harmonious wine.

After a gentle 3-hour maceration on the skins, the grapes are pressed and matured in a combination of used oak barrels and stainless steel tanks.

This is a natural wine that balances freshness with subtle structure, elegance and depth. We love it and so will you!
