Czech Pilsners are unlike any other in the world and are great examples of how water changes a beer. Our Czech Mate had its first beginnings as an experiment into modifying water properties to recreate that true, Czech Pilsner flavour. While our current rendition doesnt require such an elaborate process, it is refreshingly unique among other Canadian-brewed Pilsners.
