Following the tradition and standards set by our founders, Prairie White is patiently brewed from Saskatchewan two-row barley, spring wheat and choice hop varietals. Adding the zest of premium oranges and Saskatchewan coriander creates refreshing citrus notes with a subtle spice. Its slightly cloudy appearance is proof that wed never filter out the rich, complex flavours.
