Poulsard from vines in Arbois. The grapes are destemmed and macerated for ten days, and aged only in steel tanks. Alice’s touch makes this wine memorable, with a rusty red color, a rich and complex nose of red oranges, citrus fruits, orange blossoms, and violet. Lively and vibrant, a very pleasant freshness stands out, framed by a balanced tannin. A literally living wine, to be enjoyed slowly to be moved by its evolution. Excellent.
