Made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, spontaneous fermentation, and 15 days of maceration on the skins in open vats, followed by 9 months in stainless steel and at least 3 months in the bottle. No added sulfites. The Supersannios 2022 is a warm and enveloping red, with aromas ranging from red berry fruit to spices. Juicy, with good freshness. To be paired with a hearty tagliatelle with rag.
