Spontaneous fermentation, no sulfites, for this Cinsault from old vines, aged in old barrels. A surprising red, small red fruits and berries, with floral and peppery notes, licorice and chocolate. Long, complex and with an all too easy drinkability. Works great with spicy oriental or African cuisine.
