Tasting Notes

20-year-old Syrah combines with young bush vine Mourvdre and Grenache. Small portions of Cab Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec complete the blend. Syrah drives the blend and we use about 30% whole bunch fermentation to bring fruit aromas, a little herbal spice and a ne grainy tannin to the wine.
