Five weeks on the skins for this terroir-driven orange.The nose is full with subtle smoke and cooked red fruit. Pleasant tannins and a very fresh character with hints of pepper and toast on the palate. Dangerously drinkable. Pairs elegantly with cheese and creamy, spicy dishes.
