Tasting notes

Our Chenin Blanc vineyard (planted in 1987) is the first vineyard to receive the rays of light rising over the Simonsberg mountain. The inside bunches are hand selected and fermented with the wild/indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks to produce a deliciously vibrant chenin blanc with notes of lime, passion fruit and apricot with a crisp acidity.

Food Pairing

Asian influenced white meat and vegetable dishes. Salads and soft to semi hard cheeses.
