The palate is all about chunky, chewy, magically integrated tannin. Luxurious deep-pile velvet fruit with mint-sprigged red berries and Christmas fruitcake. A blockbuster Cabernet.

Pairs best with a rack of Karoo lamb and pan-wilted garden fresh spinach.
