Semillon grapes harvested together in mid-September, destemmed and fermented spontaneously. Four day maceration on the skins leaves it with a bright orange color and an excellent and complex aroma.Thisis a very carefree andjoyousbubble, with aromas of citrus and yellow apple, and a great acidity in the mouth.
