Aged for six years in used barriques and large used wooden barrels, plus bottle aging. The smell of overripe plum in the nose, lots of dried fruit and juicy apple in the mouth, a little tartness of wild cherry in the finish.The lively acidity this wine presents itself with is unbelievable! A pleasure to drink!
