Deliciously fresh Gamay made from grapes from Beaujolais. Spontaneous fermentation, 90% carbonic maceration for two weeks. Aged for 4 months in old oak barrels. No addition of sulphites, no clarification or filtration. Incredibly soft and full-mouthed. Abundant of dark fruit and herbs, with traces of minerals and flowers. Uhlal!! Serve at: 14-16 C
