Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon was produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the Golan Heights. The cool climate, rocky volcanic soil and high altitude are ideal conditions for growing this classic variety. Aging in French oak barrels for 18 months yields a concentrated wine of impressive complexity with layers of berry, blackcurrant, chocolate, leather and oak. This bottle should age gracefully over the next decade if stored on its side in a cool, dark place.

Best served at 63-68F.
