Produced from fresh, sound, ripe Quinces
Top quality brandy produced from Quince by application of a special technological treatment. Manually selected ripe quinces are crushed. After temperature controlled fermentation based on regional yeasts, the fermented mash is double distilled and blended until a distinctive fresh quince brandy is obtained. The brandy is then stored for at least 12 months in stainless steel tanks, for further aging until bottling.
