Produced from fresh, sound, ripe apricots

Top quality brandy produced from apricots by application of a special technological treatment. Selected ripe apricots are crushed and the pits are separated away. After temperature controlled fermentation based on regional yeasts, the fermented mash is double distilled and blended until a distinctive fresh apricot brandy is obtained. The brandy is then stored for at least 12 months in stainless steel tanks, for further aging until bottling.
