Weyermann Pale Ale Malt – 55 lb. Bag
Produced using only high quality, 2-Row spring barley this pale malt provides pale coloring and excellent body while imparting complex malty flavors of bread, dried fruits, and honey. Great for either single or multi-step infusions, this malt is used primarily for its “English” characteristics. This is a perfect foundation grist for any ale, but also makes a great lager.
