This yeast energizer is a mixture of Di-ammonium phosphate, Springcell yeast hulls, vitamins, and magnesium sulphate. It is useful to re-start slow or stuck fermentations.
Usage: For slow or stuck fermentations, use 1/2 teaspoon per gallon of wine or beer.
Add teaspoon per gallon of wine must to stimulate fermentation. Contains Diammonium phosphate, yeast hulls, magnesium sulphate, & Vitamin B Complex.
Use 1/4 teaspoon per gallon in beer to revive a slow or stuck fermentation. Yeast energizer also works well in meads and honey brews to help create a complete fermentation. Size: 1 oz.
