ENERGETIC SICILY

From his home on the north coast of Sicily, Alessandro Violas organic approach to farming, combined with a vibrant environment and his gentle approach to winemaking gives a unique energy to varieties that are indigenous to the island. This is a skin-contact take on the native Grillo variety aged in chestnut barrels for seven months. It is deeply flavoured and alive with salty lemons and fresh acid lick.
