This grape concentrate can be added to wine to increase color, flavor, and sweetness. It does not contain any stabilizers. The addition can be made at any time during the fermentation process, but usually it occurs after fermentation is complete. When this concentrate is used after fermentation is complete, potassium sorbate (a stabilizer) needs to be added to prevent re-fermentation.
