A metered dose of potassium metabisulphite: an easy way to correctly sulfite wine. It acts as a sterilant and antioxidant.

Usage:
One tablet per gallon of wine for sterilizing.
One tablet per 6 gallons of wine as an antioxidant.
One tablet per 20 gallons of water to remove chloramines.

2 oz package is approximately 100 tablets.
1 lb package is approximately 800 tablets.
