Alessio Inama is our guest for a free tasting being poured on Wednesday, September 18th at Barriques Fitchburg from 5 – 7pm. Alessio, born in 1988 in Bedford, England, represents the third generation of Inama Azienda Agricola, a prominent family-owned winery in Italy’s Veneto region. His grandfather, Giuseppe Inama, began acquiring prime vineyard locations in the Soave area during the late 1950s, establishing the winery as a top producer of estate Soave Classico wines. After earning a Bachelors degree in Physics and a Masters in Decision Sciences, Alessio worked in the wine industry and as a “growth hacker” in London and Bangkok before returning to manage sales, marketing, and communications at Inama.
