The husband and wife team of Niels and Bimmer Udsen established Castoro Cellars in 1983 with the goal of producing world-class wines from Paso Robles-appellation grapes. Their sustainable and organic certified winery will be subject of a virtual tasting of their wines onFriday, April 9that 7pm with our co-host and Castoro winemaker, Tom Meyers.The base tasting pack includes the2019 Sauvignon Blanc and2017 Cabernet Sauvignon. Additional bottles maybe purchased and will be discussed during the tasting include the2018 Chardonnayand2018 Zinfandel.
