Gualtallary is a high-altitude wine region in the northern reaches of Argentina’s Uco Valley. The Zorzal Winery is located in this area where the vineyards are planted literally at the foot of the great Andes Mountains. Zorzal and winemaker Juan Pablo Michelini, arecommitted to producing the finest terroir driven wines in an environmentally sustainable way. We are excited to be hosting a tasting of the wines from Zorzal on Friday, May14th at 7pm and, perhaps even more excited, to be joined by Juan Pablo himself as ourguest host for this virtual event. The wines included in the base tasting pack are the 2018 Zorzal Terrior Unico Pinot Noir,2019 Zorzal Terroir Unico Malbec and the2017 Zorzal Gran Terroir Malbec. A bonus bottle, the 2017 Zorzal Eggo Bianco, will be discussed during the tasting is also available for purchase.
