2017 – 100% St. Pepin, estate grown grapes. Each year weather conditions dictate when they are able to attain an ice wine and press the grapes frozen, waiting for the first two Wisconsin frozen nights. They leave a residual sugar of 16 degrees brix and nuances of honey and orange zest combine for a special treat. A delicious after dinner sip or pair it with fois gras.
