A product of Noguchi’s unique brewing mastery, this sake presents a perfect marriage of the deep, rich flavor and elegant acidity of the Yamahai style and the beautiful and refined aroma and clarity of a Daiginjo.

Expect aromas of custard cream and ripe banana, with subtle notes of Comt cheese and grains. The palate is smooth and full-bodied, offering a soft, rich texture. Flavors of delicate caramel and nuts linger on the finish, balanced by a distinct minerality and an abundance of umami.
