The experience:Rollercoaster of textures. This sake starts supple and velvety but finishes sharp and dry. Not too much fruit in comparison to other Brooklyn Kura, but doesn’t lean umami-heavy like other kimoto sake we’ve tried. Also a bit higher in alcohol. SO good!
