This sake is a blend of sake & locally grown yuzu fruit.The yuzu fruit it tart and has some bitterness, much like a lemon or mandarin orange, but when blended with the sweet sake it makes a very well balanced, a quite crushable (if we do say so ourselves), refreshing drink.
