Tasting Notes

A pale pink ros with aromas of strawberry, cranberry, and citrus blossom. The palate is fresh and vibrant, showing juicy raspberry, hints of blueberry, and a crisp, dry finish. Mataro adds floral lift, Nebbiolo brings gentle structure, and Malbec rounds out the lush fruit profile. Perfect with seafood, salads, or enjoyed chilled on its own.
