Nestled in the heart of the Yenda region, Head Over Heels Winery brings forward a fresh, fruit-first expression of Pinot Noir. Harvested in the cool, early morning hours of a warm 2025 vintage, the grapes are channeled into a specialized Ganimede fermenter, utilizing a Burgundian yeast strain to enhance that signature fruit-forward bouquet. After just eight days on skins, the wine is pressed, gently aged on yeast lees, filtered, and bottledready to be enjoyed now, though it will reward those who choose to cellar it briefly.
