Tom Shobbrook makes wines in Flaxman Valley, Barossa. Natural wines, made by hand from organically grown fruit. It sounds simple, but his attitude was not the norm in Australia when he was starting out, and his early sight awarded him status (amidst James Erskine and Anton Von Klopper) as one of the leaders of the natural wine movement in Australia.
