Miles is named after Pedro Parra’s great hero, Miles Davis, and is a Cinsault that has “a little more of everything” in his words. Fermented with 100% whole bunches, like all of his reds, it’s a ferrous, layered, concentrated wine with plenty of grip and backbone, subtle wood and notes of lavender, iodine, plum and blackberry.
